Terms and Conditions – 228win Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to 228win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 228win ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the 228win website, mobile browser platform, games, betting services and any other features offered under the 228win brand at the domain 228win.ws.

228win is an online gaming platform operated under a valid gaming licence. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 228win customer support immediately. 228win will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to protect their login credentials.

• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• 228win may, at its discretion, require additional information to verify your identity before activating your account or processing withdrawals.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at 228win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 228win on any transaction. The following payment methods are accepted:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where immediate suspension is required to prevent ongoing harm or loss.
